Top things all fighters should be doing... but probably aren't

for some reason, the top 1% of things look sexy. the cherry on top are chased. but we need to be doing the other 90% of basic things well, if fighters don't they are leaving a big chunk of performance on the table. so what are these.

  1. Sleeping 9-10 hours per day.

  2. Eating more Carbs on heavy days

  3. Eating a adequate amount of protein

  4. Drinking at least 3 litres of water per day with hydration tabs to help

  5. Taking essential supplements - Vitamin D, Omega 3, Multi vit

  6. Taking Creatine

  7. Managing training week loads and intensities - Rest days and light days

  8. Warming up for sessions effectively

  9. Monitoring training, progress and analysing what works and what doesn't

  10. Stretching

  11. Creating morning, evening and training systems and routines

  12. Spending 80% of their training week focussing on skills / their sport
