TRAINING

Take your performance to the next level by working with us on an individual basis, providing you the detailed attention you need to accelerate results. Sessions will be held at one of the most exclusive gyms in Leeds.

GROUP

TRAINING

Individual programs and the guidance you require, except you'll train with your team mates in a small group of 3-5 people. A great option for those looking to make improvements in a fun environment, whilst reducing spend.
